The hotel had some nice complementary facts; the lobby bar and the tea time were really enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, providing shuttle service to and from the lift station and pointing out the best local ski areas to visit.
The quality and variety of main dishes at dinner could be improved. It was also hard to find information about the hotel's facilities upon arrival.

The hotel is located in a stunning area with magnificent mountain views and well-placed close to ski resorts. The hotel restaurant provides a free salad bar, and the staff was very welcoming and cordial. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable.
The walls of the rooms are paper-thin, and the noise insulation is inadequate. Breakfast was not very filling, with limited options.

The hotel boasts of its ski guide and free shuttle service to and from the lift station, making it an excellent choice for a ski vacation. the staff is welcoming and helpful, catering to the different needs of the guests, even those with specific dietary requirements. the hotel's cleanliness and Ladino style adds to the overall appeal of the accommodation.
There seems to be some limitations to children's access to the hotel's spa facilities based on at least one guest review.
